Eligibility Criteria

Salaried persons having permanent employment in reputed Public Ltd. Companies, Government, Semi-Government, Banks, Hospitals, Schools, Five-Star Hotels, or other reputed organizations.
Businessmen, self-employed persons, traders, and professionals having a regular source of income.
Applicant must be a regular member with share linking @5% of the borrowing.
Two personal sureties who are either regular or nominal members of the bank.
CIBIL compliance is compulsory.

Documents Required

KYC documents of applicant and sureties.
Salary slips for latest 3 months along with Form 16 (for salaried applicants).
IT Returns for last 3 years with computation of income, Balance Sheet, P&L Account and tax paid challans (for businessmen/professionals).
Business-related proof such as Business License, Shop Act License, GST Registration, Rent Receipt, or other relevant licenses (for self-employed).
Bank statements for last 6 months.
Proof of residence such as Ration Card and any one of Aadhaar Card, Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill, Driving License, Election Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Rent Receipt.
Passport size photographs of applicant and sureties.

Security & Fees

Collateral / Security

Two personal sureties acceptable to the bank. Sureties should have permanent employment in the organized sector or be businessmen/professionals with a regular source of income, as per bank discretion.
