Eligibility Criteria

Individuals, individual co-owners, or joint owners.
Regular membership of the bank with share linking @ 2.5% of the loan amount sanctioned.
Borrower's monthly net salary or business income should be sufficient to service EMI.
Businessmen and professionals must have filed IT Returns for the last 3 consecutive years.
Income of co-applicant and family members having permanent income may be considered.
Remaining service period of employed borrower should not be less than the loan repayment period.

KYC documents of applicant, co-applicant and sureties.
Income proof of applicant and sureties.
IT Returns for last 3 years with financial statements (for businessmen/professionals).
Last 6 months bank account statement of the applicant.
Residential proof (Aadhaar Card compulsory along with supporting documents).
Property documents as per bank checklist.
Legal Opinion and Title Search Report.
Approved building plan and construction permissions where applicable.
